I'd only saved it on the map, but I suddenly got a craving for Korean food while heading to Seongsu!? So I ran straight over for agu-jjim and a highball! Since it was our first visit, we wanted to try a bit of everything, so we went with the set. After about 10 minutes, the agu-jjim arrived first! I'd only had regular tripe before, never fried, so I was really curious how it would be! Look at that cross-section, everyone. The fried tripe was crispy outside with savory oil bursting out — really fun to eat! You can also choose your spice level, and we went with regular! They said regular is about Shin Ramyun spice level, but it wasn't actually that spicy, so even spice wimps can handle it easily! You know rice is a must with agu-jjim, right!? Mixing rice into the agu-jjim sauce was pure bliss.
