I used to make kimchi jjim at home sometimes, and every once in a while I get a craving for that dish — well-fermented kimchi cooked with meat, eaten over rice. After eating the warm kimchi jjim, the coolness of the kimchi mari guksu felt distinctly refreshing. With rice and ramen noodles included as standard, the kimchi jjim alone was plenty filling, and adding the moist egg rolls and cool kimchi mari guksu made it great for sharing with a group too! If you're craving kimchi jjim in Unjeong, or looking for a satisfying, proper meal while hunting for good restaurants in Paju, I highly recommend Gimchiok Paju Unjeong Branch! I went that day because I'd been craving kimchi jjim after a while, and with the included rice and ramen noodles, I ended up much fuller than I expected.
