Before summer ended, I wanted to rest while looking at the sea, so I took a trip to Gangneung. There are lots of pretty cafés nearby too, which made getting around excellent. The moment I entered the room, the expansive ocean view unfolded before me and I could not help but gasp. It is on the pricier side compared with nearby hotels, but this view alone made the price feel completely understandable. I recommend it to anyone who wants to zone out watching the sea, or is planning a solo trip, a friends’ trip, or a couples’ trip. ## Full-height ocean views and a window-side spa Your Anmok, an ocean-view stay in Gangneung, lets you enjoy both an unobstructed, wide-open sea view through full-height windows and an in-room spa. You can comfortably enjoy the blue sea by day, the sunset at dusk, and beach night views and fireworks at night from the room, so even the time spent staying here becomes restful. ### The window-side spa and water pressure The spa tub set directly by the window is the heart of this accommodation: it is wonderful for soaking in warm water, looking at the sea, and washing away the fatigue of travel.
