I received focused full-body treatment for close to 2 hours, with gwasha (a scraping tool) used throughout. It felt completely different from just doing gwasha on yourself at home. After the treatment, red marks and bruises came up right away in several spots, just as I'd been told beforehand. On the first day, my family was more shocked than I was, and even my 20-month-old, Hobbang, was startled seeing Mom's body haha. She told me shoes with a well-fixed heel are better than slippers. She also showed me ways to put less strain on my body while sitting. I'd often felt like my body was gradually curving forward, so I plan to start paying more attention to how I walk and sit. It feels a bit premature to say "this is how I changed" after just one treatment. But personally, what surprised me was that the day right after the trip, I worked two days in a row standing all day for a part-time job, and unlike usual — when I'd feel exhausted after just 2-3 hours on my feet — I made it through the day feeling quite energetic.
