Haha. Lately pork neck has been tasting especially good to me again, so I debated what to order, but went with pork belly!? Best choice ever. It comes with rice simmered right into a properly delicious soybean-paste stew. Haha. Then I alternated wasabi and whole-grain mustard, made ssam (Korean lettuce wraps), and before I knew it, it was gone.. For two people, two servings of meat plus doenjang sulbap and beer made for a perfectly filling, delicious meal. >.< It tastes even better because the staff grill it professionally.
