House-made scallion kimchi, mustard leaf kimchi, and altari radish kimchi, plus beef gopchang (intestines) packed with fat and chewy makchang (grilled beef stomach lining) — Jinseong Hanwoo Gopchang is a real Sindang favorite. ❗As of 7pm on a weekend❗ the wait was 30 minutes. My boyfriend and I really love beef gopchang and somaek (beer-soju mix), so we'd been hunting for a good beef gopchang restaurant near Sindang Station. We heard about a place that's cheap and tasty but always has a line, so we ran right over. ## How to get to Jinseong Hanwoo Gopchang, and is there parking? Jinseong Hanwoo Gopchang is a 2-minute walk from Exit 7 of Sindang Station. Whatever public transit you take, you'll be close to a bus stop or subway exit, so access is really easy. It's not just sweet fried rice — with the radish kimchi and minced garlic mixed in, the flavor of the kkakdugi fried rice was layered and we kept scooping it up.
