Next, I ordered the chimichanga. Chimichanga is a dish where fried rice and cheese are wrapped in a tortilla, deep-fried, and served with two homemade sauces on the side. I first learned about chimichanga through a mukbang YouTuber, and it's genuinely the Mexican food I'm obsessed with these days haha. Apparently this homemade sauce recipe was developed after a lot of testing and trial and error. So the sauce was so delicious that I kept going back for more. The flavor wasn't fully localized to Korean taste, and had a slightly exotic quality that made it even more appealing. That said, it's not weird-exotic at all!! I think the owner really knows Mexican food. ## Verdict on Taco Dot Cheongna in one line Both the quesadilla and chimichanga were so delicious that I wanted to try everything else on the menu too. If I come back, I'll try the fajita platter and tacos.
