If you love glass noodles, go for the hangover soup. ## Was Jeju Eunhuine worth it the morning after? Final verdict I successfully found a real Ingye-dong gem after a while! From the ample, convenient parking to the cozy Jeju-flavored interior, and above all the deep, no-compromise broths in both the tripe soup and the hangover soup — everything about it was perfect. I'm already thinking about coming back for dinner next time to try the soft Jeju-style 'dombegogi' pork or the crunchy 'yangmuchim' tripe salad tossed in special sauce, with a glass of soju on the side lol.
