Chicken tikka is boneless Indian chicken marinated in yogurt and spices, then roasted in a tandoor oven. The spices aren't overpowering, so it suits Korean palates well ~ The outside was nicely charred and golden, and the inside had a soft, tender chicken texture that I loved. It comes with two sauces, a hot sauce and a cilantro sauce, so it was fun picking which one to dip it in! I usually can't eat cilantro, but I ate this one without realizing it was the cilantro sauce — turns out it was! Chicken Makhani, often called butter chicken, gets its name from 'makhani,' meaning a smooth curry made with a butter base ~ It's not spicy and the spice flavor isn't too strong, so even people trying Indian curry for the first time can enjoy it easily. It tasted sweet, smooth, and savory.
