The portion was good for three of us, and it was so good we ended up adding more pork belly. Since staff grilled it for us, we didn't have to worry about doneness and could just enjoy it right when it hit the perfect moment. It was fun how the taste shifted a little depending on the sauce or side you paired it with. ## Pairing it with Cheongdo minari We also ordered Cheongdo minari (water dropwort) that day. Eating just meat can get a little heavy, but the fragrant minari made everything feel fresher.
