The yubu pocket in particular looked amazing, soaking up all that broth. I think Odeng Osaek really nails that experience of eating odeng in hot broth while having a drink. Odeng really does taste better eaten with the broth. Adding a fried item instead of sticking only to odeng made the snack lineup feel much more varied. The outside was crispy and each filling had a different texture, so it was fun picking through them one by one.
