A basil pesto cream risotto made with scallops and prosciutto. The subtle basil aroma was so, so good, and above all the scallops were delicious! And I think the real kick here is the sun-dried tomato (turns out it wasn't just there for show — this chef really knows flavor,,). From wood-fired pizza to risotto, every dish at Napoli Shinbu was delicious.
