Unlike cleansing foam, I applied the balm to my dry face with dry hands, then massaged it in gently. The instructions said that a pore brush could also be used with it, if available.

The volume was 100ml. It came with a lid and a spatula, and because the spatula was fixed in place, I thought it would be convenient to use hygienically. The product was marked with a 12-month use period.
