It's not too sweet, so it's easy to eat without feeling heavy. + (The man in front of me asked if, instead of the pre-packed gift set, they could repack it with freshly baked bread. And they happily said yes! The owner was so kind!) Can you see how chewy the outside looks? I also ate strawberry chapssaltteok (sticky rice cake) I bought at the Sokcho market alongside it, and the chewiness of the potato bread's crust wasn't inferior to the rice cake at all.
