Trays that were more than half empty had plastic wrap over them to keep the sushi from drying out! I liked this attention to detail. There were also tons of gunkan (boat-shaped sushi) varieties, and the spicy sushi was labeled, so if you like spicy, I recommend checking those out! Everything from basic sushi to fusion sushi(?) was available! Beyond sushi, there was also raw seafood — salmon, conch, octopus, soy-marinated salmon, soy sauce shrimp, and more. And mulhoe (cold raw fish soup) was there too! ### The salad station and chocolate dessert fountain The salad corner had a good variety too!
