I was trying to figure out what to eat for lunch and that day I really wanted sushi. Compared to just dipping the sushi in soy sauce, this way the rice is less likely to fall apart and you can control the seasoning more precisely, making it taste even better. ## How thick is the fish, and how is the karaage?
