I had some shopping and sightseeing to do in Seoul and ended up near Gongdeok Station, where I'd heard about a cute dessert spot with delicious baked goods — Fluffy Bake Shop. Here's how it went.

## Walking from Gongdeok Station Exit 2, plus parking

The gamtae financier that appeared on Amazing Saturday. The flavor is a textbook sweet-and-salty combo — sweet financier plus salty gamtae seaweed, an addictive sweet-salty-sweet-salty taste. I should have gotten two!

### Egg tart

The egg tart is huge. How many layers does that tart shell even have? Packed full of egg filling inside. Crisp outside, moist inside — you have to try this egg tart.
