It's packed with good food, so it's always crowded with long waits. The owner clearly has good taste, haha. The green tones that evoke avocado paired with wood tones felt very comfortable. We ordered the banh mi and avocado smoothie, waited a bit, and the food arrived! But is the banh mi size for real, lol. It was way bigger than the banh mi I had in Vietnam — huge enough that two people could easily share just one, and it was packed with fillings. Because the avocado ratio was so high, it felt refreshing yet gave a satisfying, hearty fullness. That distinct rich, nutty flavor spread through my mouth, and 'delicious' just came out involuntarily the moment I tasted it! Crunchy vegetables, a special sauce, and bulgogi were all layered in harmony, so the visual was amazing too. The carrot slaw added a bright, appetite-sharpening touch.
