Moshi Moshi PNU Branch is on the first floor at 271-5 Geumgang-ro, Geumjeong-gu, Busan. It is conveniently located for anyone passing between Pusan National University Station and Jangjeon-dong, so it is worth knowing if you are looking for sushi in Jangjeon-dong. The calm atmosphere created by the wood tones and the comfortable table layout made it a space where I could focus on my meal.

Inside, regular tables and wall-side seats are separated, so it seemed suitable whether dining alone or coming with two or three people. It works for choosing a quick lunch, but the atmosphere also suits a more leisurely meal with a composed menu such as the sashimi platter. On a day when I was looking for sushi for lunch near Pusan National University, it was a good place to consider both the menu and seating.

I ordered at the kiosk. Looking over the menu, there were many choices, from individual sushi orders to platter sets and courses. The tuna-and-salmon sushi comes with 10 pieces of sushi, 3 pieces of tempura, vegetable salad, tofu salad, and soup.

## A platter meal with tempura and udon

The tempura added a crisp texture, while the udon was good for resetting my palate with warm broth now and then. Salads, tofu, and basic accompaniments such as pickled radish and ginger were also set out, so the platter did not feel one-note.
