The ganache monaka, a crisp wafer filled with ganache, was pretty and delicious, so it stayed with me. The gamtae myeongran financier brought together a subtle sea aroma with sweet and savory flavors, and that sweet-salty combination was appealing. The red bean butter monaka and black-rice sulppang (rice wine bread) each had their own charm, so it was fun tasting them one by one. I also liked that they were not merely pretty desserts; they paired beautifully with the tea. ## A tea café listed in the Blue Ribbon Survey I later learned that this place was listed in the Blue Ribbon Survey for two consecutive years, 2025 and 2026.
