There's also a separate kids' menu — the kids' bossam set is ₩7,000! When dining out with children, having a dedicated kids' menu instead of splitting an adult portion is so much more convenient. Wow, the meat looks different from regular bossam right off the bat. Using gabrisal means the meat is sliced into long strips, and it looked really appetizing. The special set gives about 130g per person, so the portion was quite generous. Looking closer, the ratio of lean meat to fat was excellent.
