Sizes come in small, medium, and large, with prices varying by type. I've seen pumpkin injeolmi a lot before, but mugwort injeolmi and black sesame injeolmi seem new — I don't think I've seen those at other rice cake shops

The one on top looks like the 'large' size, and the one below looks like 'small.' The small and medium injeolmi sizes are affordable enough to be perfect for all kinds of thank-you gifts!

Besides rice cakes, Hohobak also sells drinks — coffee, iced tea, and Hohobak milk made from pumpkin. (Overall it's cheaper than low-cost franchise chains, so it goes well with the rice cakes)

## Picking up the large rice castella pumpkin injeolmi, ordered a day ahead

The large-size steamed-rice-flour pumpkin injeolmi I reserved the day before and picked up. (The large size requires a reservation one day ahead) I meant to run errands and eat it once I got home... but I couldn't wait lol

Ended up sitting somewhere with a nice view and eating rice cake right there lolol. Opened the box and out came the yellow pumpkin injeolmi.

First thing I noticed was the amount! There was way more rice cake than I expected. Disposable gloves were included too, so I could eat without getting my hands sticky. Thoughtful owner 👍

Coating it generously in the steamed rice flour before eating. The moment I took a bite — wow, this is actually good ㅜㅜ👏 I love rice cakes and have eaten a lot of them, but this is chewy and mildly sweet enough to make my list of favorite rice cake shops

The rice cake is super chewy, and you can taste the mild sweetness of the pumpkin, which pairs really well with coffee or milk. I think it's a rice cake with no strong likes or dislikes — good for all ages

### How to store leftover rice cake: freeze, then thaw at room temperature

They said any rice cake left over from the same day can be frozen and thawed at room temperature before eating, so I divided it into bags. Even after eating a lot, I still ended up with a whopping 3 bags. The large size has such a huge quantity that it seems like it'll take several sittings haha
