Isn't that steakhouse-level plating? Such a fancy presentation..♡ What I loved most about the buffet menu was just how fresh the sashimi was! Fresh enough to put specialty sushi buffets to shame — I couldn't believe you could get sashimi of this quality at a wedding buffet. You have to try it, no question~! If you book a hall tour and stay for the meal, they'll set up this fancy prime galbi and sashimi for you, so make sure to reserve and taste it yourself~! You can't have a Korean feast without janchi guksu (banquet noodle soup), the ultimate soul food — it was there too~ Since it's still summer weather with fall not quite here yet, I asked for naengmyeon (cold noodles) as a seasonal special dish, and they made it fresh on the spot! There were even 3 kinds of naengmyeon, which is insane. Koreans need rice with every meal, of course. There's both plain white rice and multigrain rice for anyone who needs rice no matter what. You can eat as much as you like, to your taste. This is easily top-tier among wedding buffets — such a wide variety of menu items, all clean and delicious. ## How the food actually tasted Ta-da, I brought back a wide sampling, haha. I especially love Chinese food, and the yaki-udon here was seriously insane. Way better than any yaki-udon I've had at a restaurant — I kept going back for refills, lol. Eat the prime galbi while it's hot! The meat wasn't tough at all — totally moist and tender, with juices for days. Even though the meat is thick, it's super soft and delicate — even my mom, who's not much of a meat person, ate it happily!!! It's crazy that this is wedding buffet sashimi and not from a specialty sushi buffet. It's genuinely so fresh with zero fishy taste, rivaling a proper sashimi restaurant. Honestly the best sashimi I've had at any wedding buffet! And the yukhoe (Korean beef tartare) — need I say more. The freshness was on a whole different level. I'd dare to say this might be the best sashimi among all Daegu wedding buffets. Genuinely zero fishy taste, how is that even possible. Can't have a feast without janchi guksu again — had one more just to commemorate the occasion. The dessert fruits were also top quality. The macarons were really delicious!
