Now we were ready to eat. This is the magic ssamjang (seasoned soybean paste). Not tteokbokki-chewy, but ssamjang-chewy — what a clever idea. The mixed pork platter arrived. Can you see how fresh it looks? Ready to dig in. Can't just eat meat, so we grilled some vegetables alongside it.
