At this Wangsimni dessert café, ordering drip coffee comes with a pamphlet describing the beans, which was nice — I could drink it knowing exactly what I was tasting.

With soft cream cheese layered over a rich Basque cheesecake, I could really enjoy the flavor of the cheese. The texture where the dense cheesecake meets the soft cream was great too, and the topping on top added a bit of textural variety along the way.
