They say the space was built around the 'happiness of a single cup of coffee' they felt while traveling through cafés in Seoul, Tokyo, and Europe. I'd assumed this was just a coffee specialty shop, but the bakery selection turned out to be surprisingly varied! Cookies, babka, egg tart, financiers — all kinds of desserts that go well with coffee were lined up in the case. Instead of the espresso's bitterness hitting hard, the rich, nutty flavor of the milk came through first, with the coffee aroma following naturally behind it.
