Since the price is barely different from ordering a single cut (loin ₩12,000 / fillet ₩14,000), I expected smaller portions, but not at all — you get a full single-cut portion of each. Best value pick by far. You'll be stuffed after finishing it haha. The balance of lean meat to fat is the charm of the loin cut 🥹🥹 Delicious. It paired especially well with wasabi. It came without sauce poured over it, so it stayed perfectly crisp, not soggy at all. As a dipping-sauce person, I loved that haha. I usually prefer Western-style cutlets over Japanese ones, but today the katsu won, hands down haha!
