And what I ordered was the large. On a day you want to eat heartily, the bigger size really is best! Slurping the noodles up together with the broth, the sour and spicy soup soaked right into the soft noodles and tasted amazing. Personally I prefer letting the noodles soak up plenty of broth rather than eating them plain. A big bite of noodles, then straight into a spoonful of broth!
