Parking was available and listed as free for two hours. However, when I used it, the route was complicated because each elevator served different floors and had different access methods. From B2, I could go directly to the third floor where the restaurant is, but from B3 I had to transfer. From B3, I took an emergency stairway up to B2, then used the elevator. I could not use the other entrances I checked because they either did not allow re-entry from outside or required a password and key card.
