Madeleines might be better eaten as they are, but I warmed mine just a tiny bit! The glossy vanilla canelé was crisp outside, and when I split it in half, it had a pleasantly chewy texture! The Nutella madeleine had Nutella tucked right into the middle. After a quick turn in the oven, the Nutella melted a little, and wow, every bite was seriously sweet, haha.
