After parking, I headed up to the 2nd floor with a mix of excitement and nerves. As soon as I walked in, staff took my coat and bag and stored them in a locker, haha, and put a gown on me right away. I felt almost like a princess, lol. Before the treatment, we discussed what style I wanted and what my hair concerns were, and decided on the style together. Next time I'll come back for a bob hippie perm (honestly, hippie waves suited me best when my hair was long ^^) The designer told me to cut it myself, so snip snip, there went my hair. It was fun but felt so ~~~ strange. At Ava Hair Dongtan Yeongcheon, I only got a root volume perm instead of a tassel perm. My hair is so naturally straight that they worried a bob might end up sticking flat to my scalp, so they only did the root volume perm 😍 Mid root volume perm, lol. Being pregnant didn't mean I couldn't get a perm at all. Seriously, 12 years,,? It had been so long since I'd had short hair that it felt so awkward, but my husband said it actually looks better this way. Whether that's true or not,,,, haha.
