The rotating part was not stiff and turned smoothly. Since it rotates 360°, I could leave the stand in one spot and simply turn the direction when I moved. I could also switch between landscape and portrait right away with my phone attached, which was convenient for watching videos and filming. ## Does it hold a phone securely? At first, I was worried about whether it would hold my phone securely. Once I used it, though, the phone attached right away when I brought it close, and it did not fall off even when I gave it a shake.
