For drinks, I ordered the 'Americano' and 'matcha einspänner' — the Americano had a slight acidity that my boyfriend really loves in coffee, and even I, who doesn't prefer acidity, could enjoy it lightly! The 'matcha einspänner' had smooth cream on top with a subtle matcha flavor, and drinking it together with the coffee underneath brought out even more flavor!!! Truly a delicious combination of cream and coffee. ## Lemon soufflé and matcha crème brûlée soufflé: how they taste Can you see how plump and fluffy the soufflé looks~??!!! Looks so delicious, right??!!!!!! I could feel the fluffiness as I cut it, giving off a soft feeling even before eating!! Both soufflés melted in the mouth with a soft, fluffy texture!!
