Before starting the color properly, we had a quick consultation, and the stylist recommended a full level-5 color rather than just a root touch-up. She applied it really carefully~ As she was applying it I noticed the scent was nice, so I asked, and she said it's because of the scalp and hair protectants mixed in — that's also why there's no eye stinging. Genuinely zero stinging or burning, which was such a relief :) The stylist told me she's really sensitive to smells, and that cheap dye makes her fingers crack, which she hates — so she only picks the pricier products. Nothing like the trendy salons you usually see these days, but honestly that made it more comfortable — a place that put me at ease. At La Bridge Doan, shampoo isn't done with just hand massage — they use an infrared scalp vibration massage device. Apparently 'La Bridge' means 'connecting nature,' which is why they use eco-friendly products.
