We took an outdoor table after sunset, when the weather had cooled down. The restaurant introduced itself as using same-day slaughtered and same-day prepared meat. We chose the Pujim Platter, which let us try gopchang, teukyang (beef honeycomb tripe), makchang (beef fourth stomach), daechang (beef large intestine), and beef heart together. We added meal dishes and drinks to the full platter, and I was satisfied with the price for four people eating beef gopchang. ## How were the side dishes and included hot pot? The side dishes arrived quickly, and each person received three sauces. The grill was filled with gopchang, makchang, daechang, teukyang, and beef heart. King oyster mushrooms, onion, cheese rice cakes, potatoes, and shishito peppers came alongside.
