The writer, who had only ever ordered bread and coffee at Doasis, came alone on a weekday afternoon for a brunch of shrimp oil pasta, pork cutlet salad and garlic baguette. This time I had brunch alone at Doasis, the big café in Deokjeong-dong, Yangju. No matter how many times I come, the atmosphere gets full marks..! Doasis was fine to come to for brunch. The shrimp were plump, and even I, who normally don't like squid much, enjoyed it for its chewy texture. (I wanted to learn the recipe, lol) My pick of the day is definitely the pasta! ### Pork cutlet salad: served separately, easy to share with kids I liked that the pork cutlet salad comes with the cutlet and salad served separately. I came on a weekday afternoon on purpose and it was definitely nice and unhurried.
