Soon my order came out packed to go. Even at under ₩10,000 per item, the containers were packed full and came with separate sauces — the composition felt solid.

I decided to eat the chicken pasta protein box first before the noodles got soggy. Chicken breast, pasta noodles, assorted veggies, and olives were all nicely balanced inside.

## The Chicken Oat Protein Box as an early dinner

After finishing lunch outdoors, I asked for early check-in and headed into my room. On the day of surgery I was told to just lie down and do nothing, so that's exactly what I did — but maybe out of boredom, I found myself wanting the chicken oat protein box I'd saved. So I ate it, calling it an early dinner. As expected, it was loaded with chicken breast and vegetables, and the oat rice had a nice chewy, poppy texture. The oat rice itself was lightly seasoned, so it was good plain, and it also went well with a bit of the sauce added.
