The interior is spacious and clean, and every time I come the staff are so kind — it always puts me in a good mood! Since it's open every day of the year, it's even open on Chuseok (Korean thanksgiving)!!! Lots of families eat out during the Chuseok holiday, so this makes a great spot for a family gathering. Enjoy the warm gomtang and hot pots that the older generation tends to love. There are plenty of tables and it can hold a lot of people. We ordered Korean beef suyuk, crispy cheese potato jeon, and Jipyeong makgeolli. If it's your first visit, or the weather's cold and you're craving something warm, I'd recommend the hot pots!!! The nurungji with Häagen-Dazs was also so good and generously portioned, so I highly recommend it for dessert. Wow, just look at the presentation!!! The suyuk came topped with a handful of blanched minari (water dropwort) and enoki mushrooms. And the meat — what happened here!!! So moist and tender. Wrapped up in minari, the soft texture paired with the minari's sharp bite was just wonderful. Dipping it in each of the three sauces let us enjoy a range of flavors too. The potato is sliced thin and long before being pan-fried, so it almost has the feel of fries. With the cheese added, the potato strands stuck together nicely without falling apart, giving it a savory, crispy bite.
