I wanted to try a slightly special snow crab dish in Gimhae, so I visited Dosi Crab Gimhae Branch in Gusan-dong.

Walking in, the first thing I noticed was how clean and spacious the place was.

I heard the restaurant is a whopping 330 square meters (100 pyeong), and the tables were spaced pretty generously,

and there was also a private room available, which seemed great for family gatherings or special occasions.

Above all, Dosi Crab was a bit different from your typical crab restaurant — it's a company-run branch operated by a business that directly imports and distributes snow crab and king crab. There are currently three branches: Yangsan, Busan Gwangan, and Gimhae.

The distinguishing feature is that they select raw crab coming into the Gimhae crab wholesale market directly, without going through middlemen, and you can enjoy it cooked however you like.

And since it's a place that specializes purely in crab, it stood out that you could enjoy not just snow crab but various kinds of crab, including king crab, cooked to your taste. There are large tanks inside the restaurant holding king crabs. But wow... seriously... I think that was the first time I'd ever seen king crab that big in person!!

and the fried shrimp and fried snow crab were also packed with meat inside, so they were really delicious.

There was sushi too, and the sashimi was so fresh and delicious!!

## How does the French-style garlic cheese butter grilled snow crab taste?

The dish I ordered, French-style garlic cheese butter grilled snow crab, arrived!! The moment it came out, the savory cheese smell really got the saliva going haha. Snow crab is usually steamed and eaten as is, but the dish I ordered was grilled with cheese and garlic butter added, so it looked distinctly different right from the start.

Picking out the crab meat underneath the cheese, the naturally clean, sweet flavor unique to snow crab combined with the savoriness of the cheese and the richness of the garlic butter for a flavor quite different from the snow crab I usually eat.

So clean and refreshing-!!

In particular, the cheese was grilled to a nice golden brown, so eating it together with the crab meat made for quite a good combination. Above all, if you want to enjoy snow crab in a way different from usual, the garlic cheese butter grill was a menu worth trying at least once.
