I was told that choosing the Better option changes the toppings. The tuna was mild with a subtle savory flavor. The yukhoe sushi paired its lightly sweet seasoning well with the tender raw beef. The shrimp was springy and lightly sweet, and I especially liked the chewy texture of the abalone. The eel sushi combined a sweet-salty sauce with soft eel. It was fun to try one of each kind. ## Was it filling with chashu and ramen too? We also enjoyed the chashu and tonkotsu ramen. Having those side dishes made the meal feel much more filling than sushi alone.
