There was a sign at the entrance welcoming solo diners, and indeed someone had come to eat sushi alone. With the bar table, eating sushi by yourself here felt totally comfortable. ## 💰 Every plate is ₩2,200! This is the biggest strength of Hojueseo on Hoejeon Chobap's Mundeok location! Every plate is ₩2,200 no matter what kind of sushi it is. At most conveyor belt sushi restaurants the price changes depending on the plate color, which is subtly stressful — but here even fancier options like tuna or eel are the same ₩2,200, so we could eat with total peace of mind. If you love salmon you'll know that there's a huge gap between places that do it well and places that don't, and here, from the first bite, a 'wow, this is delicious' just came out of me naturally. I think between the two of us we basically had 3 plates of salmon each as a baseline.
