The vanilla came through subtly, which was new and delicious. ### Brûlée pie that reminds me of an egg tart The brûlée pie has a taste that reminds you of an egg tart. The filling is dense, almost like a firm pudding, and you can clearly taste the cream cheese and vanilla. And maybe because there's lemon zest sprinkled on top, it was a bit like a lemon pie too.
