Since it is in a newly built building, the building itself felt pleasant, and parking was available, so we parked in the basement. Haha. It was clean, and although it is not huge, there are enough tables that it seems like a good spot for a small company dinner or gathering! Yukhwang is great for a meal in Gasan Digital Complex, but it is also the kind of place where you could come in the evening and have a drink!!! (I’m eagerly waiting for the day after giving birth when I can have a glass of soju... ✨) My husband and I saw an early Yukhwang review where someone had thoroughly enjoyed the yukhoe bibimbap, yukhoe mulhoe, and a plate of suyuk. All three were neatly prepared, clean-tasting, and delicious!!! I wondered what was going on because there was no red bibimbap sauce, but Yukhwang’s yukhoe bibimbap uses a soy sauce base rather than gochujang. The long-simmered beef broth was so rich, while the radish and green onion made it refreshing 👍 A hot spoonful of beef radish soup after the yukhoe bibimbap was the perfect match! Compared with the yukhoe bibimbap, it had a wider variety of colorful vegetables. Once you have eaten some of the yukhoe and vegetables, you add the noodles to the remaining broth! The broth had tiny ice crystals in it.. It has gotten quite cool lately, so it was a little chilly, and I only wish I had eaten it in midsummer when it would have been even more deliciousㅠㅠ Still, it was a tasty and refreshing yukhoe mulhoe! I simply could not not order it after seeing how tender it looked.
