The restaurant's windows are full floor-to-ceiling glass, making it a legendary view spot 🥹 The weather was especially great that day, so just looking at the view was already filling.. Such a pale, glowing look..🫶 The side dishes are pickled radish strips, kimchi, and peppers, all set up as a self-serve corner so you can take as much as you want. Even without adding a large portion, the amount was huge! The broth felt clean and light, the kind that just goes down smoothly. But you could still taste the deep flavor unique to gogigguksu, so.. it was seriously delicious. Confirmed as an Aewol lunch spot. The meat was also really big and tender, so I could eat without feeling like anything was missing. There was pepper and chili powder set out beside us too, so if you need it, feel free to add some~ For me the clean flavor was just right, so I ate it all without adding anything haha.
