Even the galbitang, priced in the ₩10,000s, comes packed generously with short ribs. I really feel like I found a great butcher shop near Ansan Jungang Station. The galbitang isn't pre-seasoned, and they told me to season it myself, but even without seasoning it, the broth was rich and clean.
