That day I'd been running around near Sinsa Station for wedding planner consultations, and my legs were aching and I was a little worn out — I wanted a brunch to recharge. I visited around 3pm on a weekend — an awkward time, too late for lunch and too early for dinner — but people kept streaming in anyway.

What I liked best was the comfortable seating layout and interior. There's a window-facing terrace where you can eat while looking outside, and a separate indoor table section for relaxing comfortably.

My legs were sore that day so I sat at an indoor table, but normally I would have preferred the window seats looking outside.

Potted plants and flower decorations were placed throughout, giving off that relaxed, comfortable atmosphere unique to French brunch cafés — and even with a lot of people around, it wasn't too loud, so it was a good environment for conversation.

The texture of the galette was less like a crispy crepe and more like a slightly thick tortilla — think of it as a tortilla grilled with buckwheat and it makes sense.

Probably because it's made with buckwheat, my stomach felt noticeably light after eating, which was impressive too.
