Since this is a Pohang mulhoe specialist, we ordered the Ppwang Mulhoe with three kinds of seafood and hoe-deopbap (raw fish rice bowl)! I also loved that you can choose whether to include cucumber when ordering, hahaha. Is this a mulhoe restaurant or a home-style set-meal place? Everything was so generous. After trying it myself, I could clearly see why this place has spread by word of mouth as a great restaurant even in Pohang, a city famous for mulhoe~ The raw fish tasted fresh and stayed springy rather than soft, so it had a wonderful chew. With the tangy seasoning, I added noodles to the addictive broth, mixed in rice, and ate until I was truly full, haha. The hoe-deopbap was also wonderfully tangy and crisp, delicious in a different way from the mulhoe.
