Geobugi Dongne (거북이동네, meaning 'turtle town'). The name seems to match their slogan — '14 days of aging, slow but delicious.' Cute.... Geobugi Dongne has a lot of chain locations, and this Busan Namcheon branch looked like it had only just opened. It was decorated with a grand-opening ribbon, like a present — adorable. The first order starts from 500g. Great value, and this place is famous for meat quality too, so my expectations went up. Oh! One unusual thing — instead of regular rice, you can order pot rice here. And it turned out to be seriously amazing.... you'll see below!!! ### The private room Private and spacious enough for up to 20 people, so it's a great fit for group dinners. Highly recommend!! The restroom, visible as you walk further into the restaurant. There are high chairs and a kids' video room. Geobugi Dongne's pot rice — this is the kicker. After finishing the meat, order the doenjang-jjigae and mix it into the pot rice; that's also seriously delicious.
