Pass the really big fruit stand in Jeil Market, keep going straight to the left based on the photo, turn the corner, and you'll see it right away — it faces the fried chicken alley. The owner weighs everything out on a scale, the chicken par-fried in the morning sells out, so they fry fresh batches throughout the day rather than one big batch — which got me even more excited. Down to the free shrimp chips The shrimp chips they gave as a service were still crispy even the next day, and they're great with beer as always, haha. Dalgom's dakgangjeong is delicious hot, still great with beer once cooled, and even better and not hardened at all when eaten the next day after fully cooling. The owners were really kind, and the shop and kitchen were so clean and hygienic that you can eat with total trust.
