Instead, you add a bit of butter to the pot itself, mix it well, and eat it that way to the end. The nutty butter flavor soaks into the rice, blending with the salty-sweet sauce on the short ribs on top for maximum umami. ## Mackerel pot rice, 12,000 won: boneless and easy to share with a child Mackerel pot rice, ₩12,000. This pot rice uses boneless mackerel served with tsuyu. Sharing two menus with such different charms doubled both the satisfaction and the fullness.
